What is paintless dent repair, exactly?
The dent is massaged out from behind the panel with specialised tools and a light board that shows every ripple. No filler, no sanding, no paint. Your factory finish stays, and because nothing was repainted, nothing shows up on a CarFax report.
How much will it cost?
It depends on size, depth, location and whether the metal is aluminium or steel. That is why a photo works: text one and you'll get a real price back, not a range.
How long does it take?
A single door ding is often done while you wait. Most jobs are same day. Hail repairs across a whole car and paint work take longer, and you'll get a date before we start.
Should I use my insurance?
For a small dent, usually not. For hail, usually yes: the claim covers the repair and Camren handles the paperwork. He will tell you which applies to you before you decide.
What if the paint is cracked or scratched?
Then PDR alone won't do it, and we'll say so. Fast Track also does paint and body work in-house, so a scuffed bumper or a damaged panel gets repaired, painted and colour-matched here.
